2. Press the shortcut Ctrl+F to bring up the "Find and Replace" panel and click on “More”.

3. Type “[A-z,0-9,\-,\_,\.]{1,}\@[A-z,0-9,\-,\_,\.]{1,}” in Find what (without double quotes). Then check “Find in” > “Main Document”, and click "More" to check “Use wildcards”.

Type “[A-z,0-9,\-,\_,\.]{1,}\@[A-z,0-9,\-,\_,\.]{1,}”

4. Copy all email addresses at one time and paste it in a new document. See the following:
